I love the passion of women. We take on amazing responsibilities and challenges. But often we don’t even think about our health and balance.That’s ‘the thing’ … we rarely take time for ourselves. We don’t look out for our health. We lack balance in our life and we don’t take the time for us. We are multitasking heros who have a tendency to devote an extraordinary amount of time to “getting things done” without every really feeling like things get “done” enough that we can kick up our heels and take a bit of down time.
The kids, the dog, the car, the laundry, the cleaning, the shopping, the cooking, the dusting, the stamp-licking and bill paying are all there calling your attention, and while you are undoubtedly a multitasking hero admired by many, I’m still willing to bet a good chunk of cash on the fact that you do NOT take enough time for yourself.
