I love my Facebook Friends, my Twitter Followers and the wonderful women I’ve met through social media – but does that replace friends IRL?

Girl’s just wanna have fun, right? Well, Book Clubs are fun – especially when you read a great book and talk about it with fabulous female friends! Contests are fun – with prizes like great Book Club books and cool (not available yet for anyone else!) Girlfriendology caps (perfect for summer girlfriend gifts!). Connecting and sharing life | Social media and it’s impact on friendships

I love social media. I love how it allows us to connect with others and share our lives.
I love too how it helps our friendships grow by knowing more about each other and being able to interact in our friend’s lives. Like yesterday … through Twitter I knew whom of my local friends was watching the Bengals game too. I knew my friend Carole ran into my friend Rob at church yesterday. I learned that several of my friends are fans of the wine I had for dinner. And I loved the commentary throughout the day on the games, shows and antics of my social media friends. Read More »
