Spring has sprung, which in my region means allergies have too. We’re all sniffing and squinting – it’s a lovely sight, let me tell ya.
So, when asked about what Spring Beauty Girlfriend Advice I could offer, I knew the old allergies needed to be tamed to be able to keep mascara on my lashes and not all around my eyes. (I have a tendency of not looking at myself in the mirror a second time to make sure I look okay – gotta get better at that! I’ve gone out with some really strange make-up looks!)

Here in the midwest the weather is unseasonably warm – like REALLY warm. Spring has sprung even though it only officially started today. (Happy Spring Girlfriend!) I was invited by Collective Bias to participate in a TCBY Party and to invite friends and neighbors over to try ‘the country’s best yogurt’/frozen yogurt (which is now in the frozen food section at Walmart!) to celebrate – and that we did on Sunday on my porch on a very lovely day.

It’s been a quiet week in Lake Wobegon. (AKA: Girlfriendology)
Last week I was away at BWENY (BlogWorldExpo – a social media conference in NYC) and while my go-to-gal (& assistant) Judi was a busy girl, I was stuck in conferences and meetings – and the worst thing (at no fault of BWE’s, the Javits isn’t great for connectivity!) … often without wifi or cell phone access! So, not a lot happened in the land of Girlfriendology.com ): (But lots of good things are coming!)
