STOP! Look back over 2010. What did you accomplish? Overcome? Move forward on? What dreams did you reach or position yourself to in 2011?
December 31, 2010 – each year that passes allows us an opportunity to assess the previous 12 months for our goals, achievements, lessons, wins and even losses. We’re in that frame of mind today and jotted down a few milestones in 2010, a few fond memories and more than a few friends who helped us along the way. So, here’s our top friends and accomplishments for 2010. Thanks for joining us on the journey and for making 2011 look shiny and full of opportunities!

Sex, Gifts and Food – why not?!
December 6, 2010 – 10:26 pm
It’s the holidays and we’re having some girlfriend conversations …
… like what gifts to get our girlfriends? What foodie advice our girlfriends can share that will make our holidays not so hectic? And even, how’s your sexual health, girlfriend?
What’s up? Basically - it’s just girlfriend conversations. We’re pretty versatile when it comes to what we like to talk about, so here’s the girlfriend chat on Girlfriendology for the coming week (come back and join in the discussion!):
Women’s Sexual Health - Part of being balanced and happy in life is feeling good about yourself and your relationship, right? We’ve opened up the discussion on women’s sexual health with an anonymous survey for girlfriends about sex. It’s partly for the information we’ll share (similar to Oprah’s recent “Am I Read More »

Girlfriend Recommendations: Thankful for these Fab Females
November 19, 2010 – 1:01 pm
Thankful for Fall, Friends and Thanksgiving!
It’s official – we’re in ‘the season.’ The holidays are here. Abundant ads push every potential gift, food and decoration. Radio stations have switched their formats to Alvin and the Chipmunks, Frosty and the dreaded ‘Grandma got run over by a Reindeer.’ Fun plans with family and friends are already filling up the weeks ahead with opportunities to celebrate, connect and consume.
Before we get into the hectic holidays, let’s stop to appreciate the act of giving thanks, of recognizing the blessings and beautiful people in our lives, and for the gifts we receive on a daily basis. Let’s acknowledge the goodness of people, the kindness of strangers and the beauty of friendship. Let’s be genuinely thankful – in an active, participative way.
So, our assignment for the coming week is to be conscious of the amazing friends and family who bless your life. Be actively aware of their kindness, support, humor and love. Be reminded of the past year and the loving friends who have been there for you. Just stop for a moment, forget the hectic holidays, and remember to Read More »

Girlfriend Recommendations: Fun, Fab Females …
November 12, 2010 – 4:23 pm
What do you recommend girlfriend?
I had a birthday dinner this week and asked the waiter for his recommendations. I had to trust him, this fun guy I just met, to give me his honest recommendations (not just the expensive stuff on the menu!).
That’s why it’s great to have girlfriends we can trust. They tend to give the greatest recommendations. They share all the things that they love and that they know we’ll love too. I love that!
So, each week on Friday we’re sharing our girlfriend recommendations – things, sites, amazing women we think you should know about. (And, each week we ask for your girlfriend recommendations on our Facebook/Girlfriendology page – please share!)
First, an introduction to some girlfriends we think you should meet:
* COOKING WITH CAITLIN – Actually, it’s not just cooking and it’s not just Caitlin. It’s more a fun Read More »
