Once upon a time I had a blog, but now I focus on parenting my two children under the age of two. I’d love to write a blog post for you for IWFM about friendships and how important they are in the modern world of “mommyhood.” Sort of an “It takes a village” approach to International Women’s Friendship Month. I’m a Kappa Delta Alumnae and that’s how I came across your post. Let me know if you’d like me to write something!
Hello, I stumbled across your site on Facebook & I love it. I signed up for your news latter & joined the site, but I can’t find out how to get the free “be a better friend in 30 days” can you help? Thanks for all you do

I am interested in writing a guest blog for Girlfriendology. I am a Registered Social Worker, owner of a weight-loss counselling service and author of Eating Ourselves Crazy. I focus on emotional health in regards to attaining healthy weight-loss goals. I believe our hectic lifestyles and modern foods exacerbate our stress and cause us to turn to food for emotional support and comfort. I have written many articles that I feel your readers/audience would benefit from. Sincerely, Treena
I just wrote a blogpost http://www.livinglabuenavida.com/2011/11/08/girl-time-is-like-a-good-workout/
this morning for my site and mentioned your site as a way to connect. Would you be willing to repost it on your site?
Thanks…Ginny Mees

I would love to be a guest blogger for girlfriendology.com. My perspective would be from that of a displaced professional baby boomer.
Three years ago my life changed drastically due to the economical downturn. I now find myself among the thousands of women, like myself who worked in management/leadership for years and now are having to re-invent themselves. It was difficult at first and I had to drastically down size, including selling some family heirlooms.
However, things are better now, and I find myself drawing from the strength of our Pioneer Women ancestors (which is something that I would like to include in my blog title), and have since opened a Hawaiian Vintage shop on etsy, do some consulting using my professional expertise and basically take any contracted jobs that I can.
I regularly find myself in conversations with “girlfriends” in the same boat, both personally and virtually, listening, sympathizing, encouraging, giving advice and connecting. Which is what led me to this conversation as I would love to take these experiences to a global level.
The focus of my current blog is about life in Hawaii, from a local girls perspective. I believe, based on my comments, that it is the personal perspective that attracts my readers more than the Hawaii perspective.
With all of this said, I believe the timing is perfect for this content. I also love to tweet and am an avid facebook user!
I appreciate your time and consideration and await your reply.
Respectfully,
Connie Haskell
Hi there! I’m Angie (aka AZ Mom of Many Hats). I write the blog AZ Mom of Many Hats as well as host the Mom of Many Hats Radio show on Toginet.com on Fridays at 5PM EST. I have done a series on my blog and wetbsite called fortyness. I also speak on the topic. It is not about the years between 40 and 50, but rather the mindset/mindshift we have during this time of life. I believe that this would be of interest to the Girlfriendology community. I’d love to guest post sometime! There are samples of this topic on my website under the Fortyness tab.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
(A mother’s love) Hi Debba! My name is Annie Butler- I study entrepreneurship at Miami University. I recently started following Girlfriendology- as myself and as my blog Magical Simplicity. I almost feel creepy about how much I’ve been stalking your sites- but I am seriously in love with it. If it is possible for me to guest blog for you, I would be so flattered.
I thought I would post about the relationship between a girl and her mother (and her sisters, and her girlfriends.) Every girl has a mother- and many of us will become mothers down the road (if we aren’t already). I think the relationship a girl has with her mother can be the strongest one that exists in a life- and I think it is definitely worth posting about. I myself am one of four daughters (and one little baby brother). Our mother is the most fun, lovely, supportive, positive, kind, selfless, creative dreamer I have ever met. I am an expert on the mother/daughter relationship, the sister/sister relationship (I am the middle sister of the four) and the girlfriend relationship (I went to an all girl high school and loved every single second of it). If there were ever anyone to post about such a topic on Girlfriendology, it would have to be me!
My blog url is http://www.magicalsimplicity.blogspot.com. My mission is to capture the simple magic that occurs everyday (whether that be a rainbow around a corner, a smile on a stranger, or a cupcake out of the oven). The ultimate goal of my site is to bring a smile to my readers face. My recent posts that seem pertinent to Girlfriendology include : http://magicalsimplicity.blogspot.com/2012/02/girls-first-role-model.html, http://magicalsimplicity.blogspot.com/2012/02/make-new-friends-but-keep-old.html and http://magicalsimplicity.blogspot.com/2012/01/ee-cummings.html.
If you don’t like my topic idea- I can come up with something new! I love the mission of Girlfriendolgy and really, really want to be a part of it.
Thank you so much for your time, I hope to hear from you soon!
Annie Butler
