In celebration of NATIONAL WOMEN’S FRIENDSHIP DAY, Girlfriendology is excited to announce two September Cincinnati events for women to honor female friendships.

The first event is scheduled for noon to 4pm on Sunday, September 14th. Three Oakley shops, Nest, Casa DeLorenzo and Redtree Gallery will join with Girlfriendology.com for a special ‘Shop in the City’ event for girlfriends.

This special open house and party will celebrate female friendship and be the perfect way to spend some time with your girlfriends. Bring your BFFs to win prizes, get gift bags and enjoy snacks, beverages and special shopping discounts at your favorite Oakley boutiques and gallery.

The party will flow from Nest (awesome designer jewelry, decor and gifts) on Madison and Brazee, down Brazee to Casa DeLorenzo (and her posh pillows!) and on to Redtree (the best coffee shop and art gallery in town). Gift bags will be provided for the first 100 girlfriends at the event and all women attending will be eligible for great prizes.

The second event, also sponsored by Girlfriendology.com, will be held on Sunday, September 21st from 1pm to 3pm (the actual day designated for National Women’s Friendship Day). Held at Tino Vino in East Hyde Park, Cincinnati, this event will feature bottling your own wine (with special girlfriend label) as well as snacks, wine and fun activities for women. Reservations will be taken soon on this event which will be limited to the first 50 women. All participants will also receive gift bags and other prizes.

National Women’s Friendship Day was created in 1999 by Kappa Delta Sorority® for women everywhere, this special day provides an opportunity for women to recognize those friends who make a difference in their lives. This is the 10th anniversary of the day established  to inspire women to reconnect with the female friends that make us healthier, happier, less stressed and even live longer – our girlfriends!
