Fall Shoe & Boot Forecast | What Shoes are YOU wearing for Fall 2011?
There’s just something fabulous about the cooler weather arriving and bringing back out my fall shoes and boots! (And sweaters and tights!)

Maybe it the comfort of being snuggly with my cool textured tights and my comfy Target boots. Maybe it’s the layers that make me a little less self-conscious of my ‘already looks like I may have layers on’ kind of body. (: (That I’m fine with, by the way! It is what it is!) Maybe it’s the cool nights that make sleeping wonderful and dreams of brilliant colors come true on trees. It’s Fall and, for this girlfriend, it’s fabulous. (And, yes. I am in total denial of what season follows Fall!)
Back to the shoes … I did a little research to see the new 2011 Fashions and what new Fall shoes and boots I should check out on my next visit to DSW, Macy’s or online. Thought you might want to know to (hence this sharing of girlfriend advice – on shoes and boots!) so here are some shoes and boots that fit the trends I’ve researched online. (Girlfriends don’t let girlfriends wear bad boots!)
KNEE-HIGHS – Love em. Like the Michael Antonio Bailey Knee-High Boot in the photo above. A slouchy upper offers nonchalant sex appeal to Michael Antonio’s Bailey knee-high boot. A stacked platform lends stability to the 4.75-inch heel, while a side zipper offers easy dressing. Sorry, I want these – even if I couldn’t walk in them! (Available in tan, gray and black.)

PATENT LEATHER -
Chinese Laundry Join Up Patent Leather platform heels actually fit three different Fall Fashion 2011 Trends: Patent Leather, Platform and a buckle. You’ll be sporting some sass with them too. Just saying!
CHUNKY HEELS - Like the ones in the photo above (brown pumps). Love these by Steve Madden – Pummp Platforms. Come in brown or black leather. Definitely a ‘look out world, here I come!’ statement shoe!
SSSSSSERIOUSLY … SNAKE - This reptile (even though faux) is in style. Check out these
Chinese Laundry Wink Wink Snake pumps.
