As much as I love boots (what’s a girl to do?!), you actually can handle anything if you have girlfriends.

Four years ago today I felt inspired by my girlfriends to start Girlfriendology. I was dealing with the sadness of two girlfriends dealing with cancer and was drawn to be with my female friends for guidance on how to be a good friend to them. (In fact, I bought this card for one of them. So that she’d remember she could handle anything – or at least kick it really hard!)

THANKS TO YOU and other fabulous females, we’re inspiring women to be better friends. We’re helping women become healthier, happier, less stressed, live longer and feel more beautiful because of the powerful benefits of female friendship. And, with us maintaining about 51% of the population, there are definitely more opportunities to connect, support and inspire.

Who do you need to connect with, support or inspire? Call up a friend, send a card, connect through Facebook or email a note to show that you care. Be the kind of friend that you’d love to have!

And, if I could, I’d send you a note too to thank you for being part of this amazing Girlfriendology community. It’s all worth the time, cost and efforts to keep it going and growing because … life really is better, together with your girlfriends!
