Dear Girlfriend,
Tis the season to be crazy-busy, right? Too many to do lists. Not enough time for me, let alone all the things I want/need to do. Can you relate?
One thing we often leave off our to do list, especially during the holidays, is time with our girlfriends. We put preparations, presents and parties at the top of our priorities. We forget how being with our friends actually lowers our stress and makes us healthier.
We get too busy and can even lose sight of what this season is about … the memories and moments with the people who brighten our days even in winter darkness. We get focused on days and can overlook those special moments where we connect with friends.
Make time for your friends. It’ll be the best gift you can give or receive. And make those special moments and memories together. Life really is better, together with your girlfriends!
