It’s not just the season of Thanksgiving, it’s the season of gratitude.
It’s a wonderful time of year to be thankful for all the blessings in our lives – from the little things like our favorite ice cream (especailly when it’s on sale!), to a beautiful fall day (like today!), to our health, home, happiness and all the wonderful people who bless our lives.

Dear Girlfriend,
The very first principle in the excellent guide to ‘getting from where to are to where you want to be’ (”The Success Principles,” by Jack Canfield) is “take responsibility for your own life.”
Your attitude doesn’t depend on other people or situations, but on the course you choose to take – and on how you take responsibility for your life. That’s a wonderful thing!
An ‘attitude of gratitude’ is a great place to start. By being thankful for your health, home, family and friends, plus all the other little stuff, you approach life with a positive attitude. (And, even if you don’t have perfect health or live in a mansion, there are always those with less and they even have things for which to be thankful!)
Be thankful for all you have – especially the wonderful women in your life. Start each day with an ‘attitude of gratitude’ for all the blessings you recognize and even those you take for granted. And be thankful you get to take responsibility for your life.
You’ve got a great attitude, fabulous friends and so much to be thankful for. Life really is better, together with your girlfriends!
