Daily Inspiration: Gratitude and Vices
You don’t have any vices, do you?
As a friend, actually I don’t see those that often. I generally just see a friend with different beliefs, habits and ‘quirkiness.’ But there is definitely one vice we can avoid and it’s actually rewarding to go without it. What is it? Check out today’s Daily Inspiration:

Dear Girlfriend,
What vices do you have? Favor fast food to healthy fare? Rather watch football than go for a long walk? Prefer to practice unhealthy habits instead of make a change?
We all have vices. We have faults we may or may not see. We crave things that aren’t good for us (like french fries or ice cream – but who can blame us, right?!). We sometimes make bad choices.
As girlfriends, we don’t expect perfection. We give each other grace and want the best for our friends. We’re grateful for each other’s successes at changing habits that will help improve our health or life.
Giving up french fries and ice cream is a challenge. Being grateful isn’t. All it takes is a little time and effort. Like sending a card that says “Thanks for being my friend,” or giving a gift that just says “Thanks girlfriend!” Or maybe it’s just showing your friend(s) how much you appreciate her by planning some time together (even if french fries might be consumed!).
Show, tell, write, express your girlfriend gratitude. Because … life really is better, together with your girlfriends!
