What makes a real friend? Where do we find female friendship and those special girlfriends who impact our lives for all of our lives? Kathy Ireland knows.

KATHY IRELAND, the model, actress, DWTS contestant and business person, took time to write about the relationship that makes women healthier, happier, less stressed, live longer and (although she doesn’t need it) feel more beautiful.

She seems to know a thing or two about friendship. She shared:

In addition to insight into the celebrity lifestyle that, even with her busy life of designing and marketing ’solutions for women’ (like fashion and home furnishings), Kathy Ireland is a social media maven! She has tweeted over 14,000 times – many personal responses to others on Twitters – to her fans and friends.

I love how a celebrity, and one that’s obviously very busy, took time out of her day to write about her thoughts on FRIENDSHIP, social media and how the two combine.
