Maybe it’s your neighbor who invites you over for dinner, or your coworker when she stands up for you, or perhaps it’s your girlfriend who remembers your birthday but graciously forgets the year … without these wonderful women in our lives we’d be lonely, stressed, less healthy, have lower self-esteem and even decrease our longevity.

We are here for each other. Every one of us touches the lives of women around us every single day. It could be the older woman on the bus who you smiled at this morning, or the busy mom you let cut in line at the grocery store. We’re here to remember the little things and make the big things a bit smaller. We’re friends to make her life better, easier, happier, more memorable.

Any girlfriends come to mind who you need to be there for? Do it. Pick up the phone, cancel other plans, go for a walk, just be there for her. She’d do the same for you – you know it.
