Weeks just seem to fly by, you know? But hopefully we help you stop and appreciate the friends in your life who make every day, not just Fridays, fabulous and fun-filled!
I’m in Vegas for BlogWorldExpo (and hanging with cool brands like Healthy Choice!) so this week’s newsletter is a downsized a bit. But that just gives you a little extra time to call up a friend, email a buddy or tell someone how beautiful she is. Seriously. Go do it!

Dear Girlfriend,
I once waited in line for a hug from Leo Buscaglia. He didn’t get to me (he hugged so many people for so long!) but it was a memorable event to see such a long line of people who just wanted a hug. (Watch this cool video on the power of hugs!)
Never underestimate the power you have. Your voice can make someone’s day. Your hug can comfort a friend in need. Your act of caring, no matter how small, can turn a life around. You have the power – and, as friends, the responsibility – to use your ‘power’ for good. And it could even just start with a hug!
