Happy Wednesday Girlfriend!
Sometimes don’t you just want to sit and do absolutely nothing? I know I do, but that generally means I’ll fall asleep! What’s even better is to sit and do nothing – with a friend!
I love the silly, trivial conversations had during ‘Entertainment Tonight‘ or the funny stories that are told when just hanging out a girlfriend. I cherish the memories of walking through a mall or hanging out at the dog park together. Just the fun stuff we do with our friends.

Dear Friend,
I hadn’t talked to my girlfriend Kleta in over a year so I felt a little ackward calling to say we were going to be nearby (and, by the way, we don’t have a place to stay!). It was so wonderful to hear her say, “Of course you’ll stay with us. You’re family.” So wonderful.
Don’t you love when friendships pick up where they left off?
Isn’t it great to enjoy spending time with girlfriends just watching TV, reading magazines, crafting or gardening together – sometimes in silence but always in the joy of having a friend nearby. I so appreciate friendships that are so comfortable and timeless.
Today – connect with a friend. Then spend time together just doing nothing. You’ll be so glad you did!
