July Girlfriendology Contest
Start the celebration! July 4th gets us celebrating summer and independence. However, as girlfriends, it’s still all about the friends on whom we can depend. And summer is ‘funnest‘ when we’re with our favorite female friends.
So, for our July Girlfriendology Contest, we’d love YOUR favorite summer story, activity, trip or celebration you’ve shared with a girlfriend.
Share and inspire with your favorite summer girlfriend story or activity in the JULY GIRLFRIENDOLOGY CONTEST.
Send your story in to contest (at) girlfriendology (dot) com. The top five entries will be included in our monthly contest podcast as well as receive a $10 Starbucks giftcard so you can take your girlfriend out for coffee on Girlfriendology. The top overall story will also receive a Girlfriendology Journal – perfect for writing out your girlfriend gratitude, journaling about your life and friendships, drawing and planning ideas for reaching your dreams – or as a perfect girlfriend gift.
Entries must be received by midnight July 31, EST and are for women in the U.S. and Canada. (Prize in U.S. dollars/gift certificate.)

I wanted to write about my best girlfriend. July 4th she and her husband always throw a great July 4th party. I was thinking about how lucky I am to have her in my life and also thinking why do I feel that she, above all the other amazing women in my life, is closest to me. I realized that I can basically share anything and everything with her, and I can be 100% me, without ever having to worry about how she will react, what she will think about me. She knows everything about me, and I know she loves me for all of my strengths AND weaknesses. It is just so great to have someone in your life that you can respect, know you can get great advice on pretty much every subject, and have a great time being with.
I would never want to live without my girlfriends, and especially not without her!
