April Contest
We can cry with our girlfriends but most often (thankfully) we laugh with, and sometimes ‘at!’, our girlfriends. In the spirit of April Fool’s Day, we’re asking for your funny girlfriend stories for the APRIL GIRLFRIENDOLOGY CONTEST.

Share your FUNNY GIRLFRIEND story in our April Girlfriendology contest.
Send your story in to contest (at) girlfriendology (dot) com or leave a voice mail at 206-202-9005 (along with your email contact information). The top five entries will be included in our monthly contest podcast as well as receive a $10 Starbucks giftcard so you can take your girlfriend out for coffee on Girlfriendology. The top overall story will also receive a Girlfriendology Journal – perfect for writing out your girlfriend gratitude, journaling about your life and friendships, drawing and planning ideas for reaching your dreams – or as a perfect girlfriend gift.
Celebrate FUNNY girlfriends! And, when you do, share it with Girlfriendology and inspire other women!
Another contest on Girlfriendology – win some Haagen-Dazs ice cream!

My sister (who is my bff by default) and I were shopping when the jewelry stores caught our eyes! Well, of course, we each had to pick out “our diamonds!” Later while trying on a new outfit in another store, my sister called my hubby and said, “Hey, I know what you can get Debbie for Valentine’s Day!” He asked where I was and she said I was in a different store, when, in actuality, I was in on the conspiracy.
On Valentine’s Day he asked me to marry him and (again) and gave me my diamond! Of course, I acted surprised, but he figured out that my sister and I had formed a conspiracy. (We’ve been together 30 years…the man knows us!) What was really funny, was that I had to loan my sister the downpayment for the ring, which my husband paid back to her, which she then had to pay back to me!
