Have you had your daily requirement for hugs?

My mother once read this was a minimum of seven hugs per day. So, if not, girlfriend – consider yourself hugged!

On today’s BlogTalkRadio show we interviewed SUGAR JONES. Sugar is a blogger, wife, mom of 4, and chaser of sunsets. When she’s not co-hosting Chicks Who Chat, she’s teaching her kids, learning to fly, and of course, traveling. You can find Sugar on Twitter @SugarJones or on her blog at SugarJones.tv. Recently Sugar was appointed “Hug Ambassador” for the Global Hug Tour. This responsibility took her to SXSW (a technology/social media conference in Austin, TX) to promote and give hugs.

Now I’ve met Sugar once (at a recent Blissdom conference) and you can tell just by meeting her (or hearing her on her radio show!) that’s she’s fun, friendly and, no doubt, an awesome hugger.
