We love to share. That’s what girlfriends do. So, this week it was especially fun to find out great Mommy Blogs to share with you as our TOP TEN blogs to watch. No doubt, you’ve spent time on mommy blogs – they’re amazing snapshots of real life and real families. They’re our own version of reality shows – without the director cuts editing out the day-to-day stuff that makes up life in the real world.

Here are 10 mommy blogs to watch and, more importantly, to read. Each share a unique, fascinating view of life in the real world of families (and the fun viewpoints of creative moms and great writers!):

1. Mommy Bits – A personal favorite, Shannan shares her life in a ‘testosterone-filled jungle she calls home’ as the mom of two boys. I love how Shannan writes, shares her inner thoughts and makes having kids sound fun and always interesting! She and her mother also do reviews at Mommy Bits Reviews. (Plus, Shannan is one of the co-founders of Cincinnati Women Bloggers and has been instrumental in building this local community of fabulous females.) 2. A Mom Two Boys – Meghan also lives in a testosterone jungle and shares insight into her fun world as a mom. She also started AllMediocre ” The Web’s Best Blogs, You Just Don’t Know It…Yet!” Check them out!
3. FussyPants – “Mrs. Fussypants Guide to Life” – as Alli says: “We can both look good, it’s me or the house.” Alli also is founder of BlissfullyDomestic and has a fubulous weekend event planned for other mommy bloggers, etc. Have fun girls!
4. Mummified Times Five – As Tina says, “She’s a 30-something year old Aussie, married to an opinionated awesome Scotsman and a stay at home mum to five adorable rugrats children (1 boy; 4 girls) aged 16, 15, 12, 8 and 1.” Wow. Tina shares her life on her blog and even lets you vote on her new tatoo!
5. Morningside Mom – Flordia mom to two (Caroline) who has these photos of herself on her site and shared this quote:“YOU GROW UP THE THE FIRST DAY YOU HAVE YOUR FIRST REAL LAUGH - AT YOURSELF” -Ethel Barrymore (Thanks for the fun photos and blog!)
6. Everyday Babysteps – Mary offered a great guest blog for us this week. She shares her personal journey of “small changes on the road to self-fulfillment. Thanks Mary!
7. WMAG – Working Moms Against Guilt! – Obviously not your average mommy blog, this is the compilation work of four working moms and their ‘ongoing struggle to resist the guilt and embrace the journey.‘ (Plus, one of the WMAG moms, Susan, also has a great site on getting healthy with your spouse at MrandMrsGetFit – they’ve lost a total of 103 lbs! Yeah Susan!)
   
8. Mommin It Up – Emily & Jenny are married twentythirtyish cousins from Ohio. They each have two children, four and under. They share this blog and life as a mom.
9. Classy Chaos – Whose lastest post, “The incoherent ramblings of a mommy blogger gone kaput” kinda says it all.
10. Dooce – Some people love her, some hate her. She just is a phenomenon. If you haven’t read her, you might just want to see what all the traffic and fuss are about. (I heard her speak at BlogHer. She did a great job even when another blogger jealously confronted her.)
