A kind word, a sincere smile, a nice compliment, a hug, a flower, a phone call for no reason other than to say Hi and see how you are … there are lots of ways to inspire and show your appreciation for friends. But that’s just the first step. From that act of kindness, inspiration can be planted. Inspiration that can grow into treating others better, being more thoughtful, reaching out to a friend or having a new way to make a friend’s day.

Each month in our Girlfriendology Contest we get to be inspired by you. Your stories of happy times with friends, special celebrations among girlfriends, or even touching times where you were there for each other through not-so-great times are priceless and treasured. So, it is always a pleasure to hear from you and to relay your stories in this monthly podcast compilation of girlfriend stories submitted. Always a pleasure.
