EAST HYDE PARK — In celebration of NATIONAL WOMEN’S FRIENDSHIP DAY, Sunday, September 21, East Hyde Park’s Tino Vino Vintners will partner with international Web site Girlfriendology.com for a special, girlfriend-focused event.

The event, from 1 – 3 p.m.,  features bottling of two varietals of wine (with a special girlfriend label) as well as snacks, wine and fun activities for women. The price is $37.50 per person and reservation will be taken at www.Girlfiendology.com. Space is limited to the first 50 women. (Registration info here.) All participants also will receive gift bags and other prizes. The event also features a professional photographer to capture girlfriends celebrating National Women’s Friendship Day together.

National Women’s Friendship Day was created in 1999 by Kappa Delta Sorority® for women everywhere; this special day provides an opportunity for women to recognize those friends who make a difference in their lives. This is the tenth anniversary of the day established to inspire women to reconnect with the female friends that make us healthier, happier, and less stressed and even live longer – our girlfriends!
