A Friendship can weather most things & thrive in thin soil; but it needs a little mulch of letters & phone calls & small, silly presents every so often – just to save it from drying out completely.

1999 blog posts ago, I shared how my girlfriends had inspired me to create Girlfriendology.com. It was partly due to two great girlfriends dealing with cancer (love and memories Dana, strength and hope Allison) and overall about my love and appreciation for the wonderful women in my life who support, encourage, inspire and make me feel so blessed.
Six years later (yes, 1999 blog posts) I’m still overwhelmed and in debt for the female friendships that have been there for me and are there for each other.
We are a phenomenal gender, my sisters. We have strength to hold each other up when we can’t stand on our own. We’re creative and supportive, humble and honest, growing and nothing short of amazing. And TOGETHER we can change the world. (Actually that’s exactly what we do!)
