Stephanie Collins, founder of Stephanie Collins, LLC, is a coach, consultant and professional speaker. She has spent over 17 years in the communications field as a coach, trainer, marketing specialist and organizational consultant. Stephanie has always been a coach, finding herself in a mentoring and advisory role during every step of her professional development. In 2004, she transitioned into working exclusively in the coaching arena, helping fellow entrepreneurs, business owners, working parents and community leaders toward greater integration of their personal work and family life. She is the creator of Inside and Out tm personal development workshops. In 2008, Stephanie joined Compass as one of 20 founding coaches, leading group coaching programs for women across North America.
Stephanie helps people amplify their effectiveness while drawing on their innate skills and creativity. Her clients include leaders at IBM, Sun Microsystems, Sybase, and national education foundations, as well as small business owners and entrepreneurs. She has worked in training, development and organizational communications for various non-profit organizations and has been a speaker/workshop facilitator for the Orfalea Foundations, the Parent Engagement Network, and numerous community groups.
A cum laude Communication Studies graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Stephanie completed the Co-Active Coaching certification program through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a designation held by less than 10% of coaches worldwide. She is certified member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). She is also a registered facilitator for LEGO Serious Playtm, an innovative brainstorming tool used for creative problem solving, team building and leadership improvement.
